Bintan Market Place

Bintan Market Place, a 1.6 hectare site that is a stone’s throw from Lagoi Beach Village, is one of the most anticipated ongoing developments in Lagoi Bay. It offers a variety of choices when it comes to food and beverages, and makes a perfect venue for savouring various local delicacies and enjoying a leisurely high-tea break. With its unique design, it will bring back memories of colonial times when traditional food and spices were being traded.

Comprising 41 shop houses, an F&B enclave as well as a weather-proof canopied walkway, Bintan Market Place, known as BMP in short, is set to offer visitors a new retail and dining experience. In the evening, the complex will be illuminated with the latest lighting technology, followed by night entertainment with various live bands and music.

Bintan Market Place recently broke ground in March 2013 and is expected to be ready at the end of 2014. In this project’s 2nd phase, 180 serviced apartments will lie adjacent to the marketplace. This 4 storey complex is due for completion at the end of 2014.
